2. Google Business Email Account Canned Responses (Templates)
If you find yourself sending similar emails frequently, the canned responses (now known as templates) feature can save you a significant amount of time. You can create pre-written responses and insert them into your emails with just a few clicks. This is particularly useful for customer support, sales follow-ups, and any repetitive email communications.
How to Use It:
- Go to Settings > See all settings > Advanced.
- Enable Templates.
- Compose a new email and write your template.
- Click on the three dots at the bottom right, select Templates > Save draft as template.
- To use a template, click on the three dots, select Templates, and choose the desired template.
