Godwin Obaseki, the Edo State Governor has reiterated his commitment to stamp out cult-related activities in the state.
Obaseki made this declaration in a post on his X handle on Monday. In view of ridding the state of cultism, the governor said the state government had passed anti-cultism law that would soon be implemented.

He said:
“We have decided to go full blast against cultists and cultism in the state and have now passed an anti-cultism law that will be implemented to its fullest. “Also, we have banned the activities of Okaigheles (youth leaders) in the Edo South Senatorial District of the State
